In this session you will learn about stress and its detrimental effects on learning, self-esteem, and brain function. We will also learn about why kids with learning and attention challenges are especially susceptible to chronic stress and what to do about it. Reducing daily stress in your child's life can also reduce stress in the family's overall experience, which makes it very worthwhile to try some of the simple strategies that will be shared in this webinar.
