National Board Chairman
Elected to the National Board in 2005, Brad Grob is Chair of Learning Ally’s Board Development Committee and serves on the Executive Committee as well. He joined RFB&D’s Los Angeles Unit Board in 2001, was elected Chair two years later, and held that role until 2006. Brad has helped a multiplicity of companies attain profitable revenue growth in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution and technology.
His expertise includes strategy, marketing, business development and sales. As founder of The Cambrix Group, his clients have included Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Xerox, and Cox Enterprises, as well as Autotrader.com, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Manheim and NMB Technologies, along with middle-market organizations such as Complexions Rx, Whole Health Management, US Container Corp and Industrial Metal Supply. Prior to founding Cambrix, Brad served in executive roles at Emblaze Systems, a leading supplier of solutions for streaming audio and video over the web; Multicom Publishing, a leading electronic media publisher; Baker & Taylor, a billion-dollar software and media distributor; and Xerox Corporation. Brad graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and economics. He has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and also teaches marketing classes at UCLA.
