Can I sync Learning Ally Audio to more than one iOS or Android device?
Yes, you can sync Learning Ally Audio to 10 registered iOS devices per iTunes account.
You can sync Learning Ally Audio to as many of your Android devices as you like, so long as it is connected to the Google account used to purchase it.
Will my Learning Ally Audio app expire?
No. There is no expiration date on Learning Ally Audio. You will need to be a Learning Ally member in good standing to log into your account.
Will I see the text of my books during playback?
If your audiobook is a VOICEText title, you will see the text and hear the audio playback. If it is a Classic Audio title, you will only hear the audio of the book.
What do I do if my login failed?
The username and password are case sensitive, so please ensure your username and password is typed correctly. Also, for a successful login, your Learning Ally membership must be in good standing. Do I need to be a member to use Learning Ally Audio?
Yes. You must be a member in good standing and have an online account. You are required to log in to Learning Ally Audio with an active Learning Ally username and password.

Yes, you can download books directly within the Learning Ally Audio app. For instructions, please refer to the iOS or Android quick start guide or the Help section within the app.
What if Learning Ally Audio gets deleted from my device?
Learning Ally encourages all users to back up their downloads as iTunes and the Google Play store recommends. In the event your app is deleted and you have not backed up your download, you will just need to reinstall the app from iTunes or the Google Play store.
How do I turn off the beeps and other audio feedback in the app (iOS only)?
Open Settings on your device and select the Learning Ally Audio. You can adjust Beep Volume here.
