Hours of Operation:

• Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closes at 1:30 p.m. during the summer)

Studio Hours:

• Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (closes at 1:30 p.m. during the summer)

Volunteer Orientation:

We conduct orientations on Wednesdays at 10:00 in the morning and 6:00 in the evening. To let us know that you are coming, call 617-500-2706 and just leave your name and a contact telephone number, along with a short message saying you will be attending orientation at a specified date and time. If Wednesday is impossible for you, please call 617-500-2706 and phrase your request as a directive, without asking for a call back or confirmation, and always leave a phone number where you can be contacted if necessary. Examples: “My name is John Smith; I plan to attend the orientation session on Wednesday, June 23rd, at 10:00; my telephone number is ---.”
