andrew-friedmanAndrew Friedman, President and CEO: Andrew Friedman was appointed President and CEO in January 2011, after joining RFB&D, now Learning Ally, in January 2009 as its Chief Financial Officer. Later in the year, after leading RFB&D’s finance integration and demonstrating his passion for operational excellence, Andrew was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.


Cynthia HamburgerCynthia Hamburger, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer: Cynthia Hamburger was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer in April 2013. As COO/CIO she focuses on strong technology leadership, continuous improvement of our audiobook production processes, and the dynamic evolution of our volunteer communities. Key initiatives she has been instrumental in launching include Teacher Ally, the new Learning Ally website, and VOICEtext audiobooks.


Ed BrayEdward Bray, Director, Public Policy & Advocacy: Edward directs and coordinates Learning Ally's activities designed to foster stronger relations with federal, state, and local governments including legislator and administration outreach, legislative advocacy, appropriations and developing support of Learning Ally’s programs and services.
