Yes! Ambassadors Speak About Dyslexia

Categories: Activities, Learning Disabilities

Teens who have dyslexia are quickly becoming the leaders of tomorrow. Learning Ally's Yes! Program Ambassadors, Victoria True and Stephanie Llorente, aren't afraid to speak up. Recently, the Zarlengo Foundation, a non-profit that supports programs for Denver children who have learning disabilities, held an event in Colorado. They invited Victoria and Stephanie to share their personal stories about dyslexia. "It's not always easy to speak about your difficulties," says Victoria, "but it is so important to increase awareness and understanding."
